Circular kicks first to knees, then to face, then full motion
Butterfly with hopping legs
Seated spread-leg with hopping legs
Hindu Squats
Pull-ups: 2 sets of submaximal effort (50- 60% of max rep pull-ups)
V-ups - 1 set/ 5-10 reps
Hanging Leg Raise: 1/5
Circuit:
Hindu Push-ups: 1/10-15
Hindu Squats: 1/30-50
Body Blaster: 1/5-10

1 mile run at 7:00 min pace (this felt VERY easy this morning. I might actually have a sub 6:00 mile in me... something I haven't had since high school)
