Its finally senior year.
Are we mature enough to be seniors? Well its not like they can pull us back a grade for immaturity. My brother joined this year, he is a sophomore though, and I will keep visiting with Mrs. Puckett to see how he is doing. This year I got Mrs. Gentry and you can kind of tell that she expects us to participate in discussion (especially from her returning students) but that wont be hard for me (reading to much into works is not that hard.) She has the chairs arranged really cool so we can have an open discussion and everything. Some people switched out of her class just because they did not finish annotating the summer books. Personally I think that is the cowardly way out but different people have different views. (Her extra credit is a lot more than Mrs. Puckett’s and a lot easier, recite a poem from memory, and the lowest grade she will give, if you annotated at least a bit is a 70 but whatever).
All my classes are really neat I am sad that this year does not count as much as junior year but at least we get to enjoy it more, things to look forward to this year Prom, Senior Trip, The PASF trip (hopefully!), the Hosa Trip (hopefully!) and who knows what more?! I have some peopled that I have never had classes with until this year and I will definitely try to get to know them better.
Weird HOSA sing up but at least this way more people get to compete (some one got my spot in Mrs. Cavasos chapter so now I have to look into another chapter, if there are any spots open please tell me please.). HEY! Finished my college algebra course at Pan Am and now I just need to send them my AP and SAT scores and I will get the university scholars scholarship!
Sitting in the pit is weird.
There was a landslide in Monterrey by my old neighborhood. They build an apartment building further up the cliff and all the drilling combined with waters from Emily caused a part of the cliff fell. Oh well I am here now so I guess I should not care about a house I don’t live in anymore right? Wish I could go back not to see it but just have fun. Monterrey is such a youth oriented city don’t you think? I love my homeland.
The bus is really cramped. Had to sit three to a sit a couple of times so far.
My friends’ page does not show new posts when I use my computer but it works at the public library. I got a myspace but I don’t know how exactly it works but I will figure it out latter.
