The Numbers Game

Ok so I suppose it is time for another Numbers post.
I wanted to do it a bit earlier, but I have determined that numbers during Bloat Week while recorded, should not be taken seriously. (unless it is up by more than 5, in which I need to be more careful)

I am successfully maintaining the current number through the holidays so far, if I manage to lose, that is fantastic, but ultimately merely surviving is the goal.

anyway, -38 currently.

Staff Holiday Party is today, but I only had a pear for breakfast, so hopefully that buys me a *bit* of buffer. Not much though, since it is over at the Cheesecake Factory...

lifting bits of note,
fairly reliably lifting 170# on chest press
280# on leg press
140# on leg curl
120# on knee extend
20# freeweights curl, vertical lift, and flys.

interesting to note, for every pound of muscle gained, you burn another 50 Calories a day.
