I got acupuncture-d today because my parents are into that holistic stuff. It didn't really hurt, but the sensation was really...surprising. The doctor placed the first needle in, and I was so shocked that I had a literal knee-jerk reaction and gasped, "fuck!" in a really loud voice. It didn't make things any better that the room was really bare and noise just kind of reverberated off the walls. My mother obviously wasn't, but I think the doctor was more amused than offended.

Since getting home, I've taken two showers and washed everything I wore but I still reek. :/
