Barack Obama has just been elected our president.
I can not express the pride I feel for my country right now. I feel like this is the first step into something better for our country and our world. We have overcome great difficulty in the past, not to say that there isn't more to come, but I feel confident that we will be able to do so much now with Obama as our new president.
Let us step out of what has been for the past eight years and look to the next with hope and pride. We'll be ok now, we'll be ok.
