Terms & Conditions Pls Read & Agreed before joining my spree
1. I will not hold responsibility for any damage / defected / wrong / lesser items received from sellers or lost items during delivery. There is no exchange, refunds or returns kindly take note on this.
2. China seller tends to send item that are of a different color sometimes or different design even though it was correctly ordered so i will not be responsible should this happen. No refunds No exchange. Pls understand that this is the risk of buying from china.That are best at doing such thing. I cannot do any refunds whenever such things happen. My part is to help you order the item correctly. As to the order came correctly or not i cannot guarantee that but i will ensure that the correct order is being forward to the seller. [ seldom happen but it does happen once in a while when seller simply send whichever color is available although ur order color was not that and out of stock so do bear in mind that ]
3. Spree-er takes your own risk if purchasing fragile item. I do not hold responsibility for damages occur during shipping process. [e.g. glass material or any fragile breakable item]
4. I will not be held responsibility for the authenticity of the items purchased. If your item is being detained by custom I will not be responsible. Sometimes in order to get the authority to released the item you will either have to pay the fine (spree-er must be responsible for their own things. If happens to be fined, spree-ers must pay for the fined items) or sometimes not being able to retrieve it at all. so please understand this and prohibits from buying items that are at risk of being confiscated by the custom officers.
5. No payment = No order
6. I reserve the rights to close the sprees earlier OR cancel the spree if response is not satisfied.
7. Registered postage is highly recommended, I will not be held responsible for any lost items during delivery by SingPost Normal Mail.
8. Handling fee applies to each spree-er on per batch basis regardless of collection mode. ($0.70)
9. The whole process usually takes about 1.5 weeks~2wks (in general) to complete.
However, do take note that the process time varied depending onall the sellers' speed and items stocks status. Sometimes it might be delayed if seller delays sending out the items so do bear this in mind. Do not order if you’re in a tight schedule to receive ur item. And public holiday might also delay the process of the spree.
Item at risk of being detained by custom/ Risky item:
1. Replicas of big brand e.g LV, Gucci (spree-er to buy risk that items will be confiscated by custom)
Not taking in items:
Explosive ( helium tank), 1. All liquid items inclusive of ( facial mask), cosmetics, nail polish, powder etc strictly not taking in.
