Anyone experienced lost mail and able to retrieve it still at the end of the day? Please share.
And does anyone know how to make or lodge a complaint to Singpost beside their USELESS feedback form on the website. Basically they are just replying the standard format that is never changing for 10 years or more. I forever cannot understand WHYY & HOWWWW parcel can be lost.
Possible reasons?
- Internal thief in Singpost that kope our parcels since its normal mail so lost also nvm?
-Postman take it himself
-Recipient received it and say never receive -- for what they do that
-Sender , never send claim that got sad (well in this case I am the sender myself, I 100% send out the parcel for what I want to keep those items I have $ to buy it myself and whydo I want to invite trouble when people will curse and swear at me also , no benefits but disadvantage to me cause I have to answer indirectly for the lost mail also and handle all the hassle in the process to contact singpost etc.)
