(no subject)
Today, I made my first foray into the big bad world without any walking aid since I buggered my knee. I walked all the way to the local supermarket (a whole click away) and back with a bag of shopping in each hand. I made it, just. I shall take the stick for the next few excursions. I have been sitting here for about half an hour and my knee has stiffened up so bad I need the stick just to get to the kitchen.
