How F*cked up is this?

10 minutes ago I burst into tears because I couldn't find my cellphone. I hadn't moved from this chair so it was obviously within arms length.

I hope you're ok.

I had one of these moments too last weekend. We went to the storage place and I burst into tears at seeing my life in boxes and not being able to get at my photos of Rowan when he was a kitten.

Bursting into tears like that freaked me out a bit.
