Jacob is my FAVOURITE CHARACTER EVER, I've decided. Late-Response is late. Sorry. Somehow I missed this comment.
Anyway, Jacob was fun because I kept using him to make myself feel less awkward about writing it or something and now I have a weird attachment to him possibly because of this and he's totally going to be a recurring character like Alice.
