Ok, I've now nearly beaten GH2 on expert/hyper [ 73% on freebird]. And I've found something strange.
Its easier than normal.
Now, I can't put my finger on any specific timing example that shows the timings are relaxed or anything, but the numbers show I score consistantly higher (and I am getting fewer bad notes) on hyper mode.
Either
.a. The timing windows are fixed duration and thus proportionally larger when the game is sped up.
or
.b. I have a tendancy to hit notes slightly early, but since they are coming faster that actually works to my advantage
or
.c. My reactions are too used to twitch shooters [in which case why is it I still can't defeat BatM?]
As I say, I haven't been able to pin any proof of A, but I reckon its the most likely.
