I was down to 206.6 today--which was, I must admit, a precipitous drop in weight since my post the other day. Part of it has to do with how little I'm eating these day, and part of it has to do with working out every day again. I'm hoping the overall explanation has to do with the normal fluctuations in weight that can show up as statistical "noise" every day. Don't get me wrong--I'm delighted to be getting thinner. I just need to be sure I'm doing it at a responsible pace so that I can KEEP it off.
But damn if the magic 200 isn't looking mighty attractive to me....
