Something I'm Thankful For
I posted this at FB. It holds true for my LJ friends, as well.
"One of the things I am most grateful for this New Year's is the incredible PATIENCE so many of my friends have shown me. The PhD program has been all-consuming, and I've been so focused on it that it hardly seems like I have time for hanging out or touching base or visiting. I'm blessed to have friends who understand, and who know I'm not ignoring them even if I seem wrapped up in what I'm doing. Thank you, thank you, thank you all. It means more than y'all realize."
