(no subject)
ok so last nite went to a party, saw a live band and all that jazz (late 80s, early 90s tribute band), it was outside and really almost too cold but i did. then this today woke up at like 12:00 (thank God for weekends) after finally catching up on some sleep and went to watch another band called "Something Better"
then i went to a baseball game-south vs texas a&m. we're up by 2 at the top of the ninth inning, doing good, everythings going quite well. bases loaded for texas, our pitcher throws, it gets hit to third, we're talkin' right to the guy, who makes the only error of the game and the next thing anybody knows theyre up by 2 on a freakin' infield shoulda-been-an-easy-out popfly. but it gets worse. so nows it our turn, bottom of the ninth, we close the gap to 4-3, then this guy tries to be a hero slides into home and stops short/ we are talking a good foot from home plate. and the catcher casually walks to tap the guy with the ball, we lose the game, and the game now goes down as one of the worst baseball games ive ever seen list.
anywho the turnout was definitely bigger than the basketball games, made it feel like more of a college atmosphere. well im off...to where is anybodys guess
