Yummy squash
Peanut has talked me into buying butternut squash at the grocery store. Uncertain what to do with it, I have tried a few things, the best being a recipe for garlicky baked butternut squash that I found here: http://ohsheglows.com/2009/02/08/garlicky-baked-butternut-squash/ (scroll down a lot on that page). Quite yummy. Peanut hates it though, but that just means more for me.
