Takin the long road down 75
Well it is now 2:31 am and I am back in Dalton. The trip all in all was a blast. Today was a laid back day. We did the whole tourist thing. We road the trolley, went to the beach, and then went and had a steak sandwich, which I must add was very good! We got the chance to say our goodbyes to Kretz, Billy, Fair, Quiggs, Moz, Dev, and Step. For all of those that we didn't get to see today we can say a theortical goodbye! After eight hours on the road I deffinatly find myself missing the place in which I had submerged myself for the past 5 days. I want to wake up and be able to feel the sand on my feet, and smell the salt water in the air. I know that this isn't going to happen, which is kinda depressing. However, I was able to meet some increadably cool people that managed to brighten my life! So to all of you in Btown thanks!! The escape from my life was much needed. The trip home took a little over 8 hours. It would have been a little quicker if coach Jamie didn't want to stop every five minutes to get something to eat or go to the bathroom. He's such a girl! Over the course of the trip I realized that coach has a thug side in himself, pretty funny!!! He also brought out the random comment that he dreamed about hookin up with asa, and was thinking about it. Wow, that was kinda random. No not kinda random, really random. Even though it was 8 hours it didn't seem that long. Time seemed to pass with ease. Sanders and I were awake the whole time and keep a pretty steady convo about just about everything. Tomorrow I am headed back to the mountians of Kentucky and back to the real world. So to all of those in the great state of FL, thanks for a great week and have a great summer!!! Hopefully, we will get a chance to make it down sometime soon (plans are already in the works, what can I say, you can't have enough of a good thing!) peace
