hockey!
so tonight....
me, brian, tyler, and seth went to the gwinnett gladiators game at the gwinnett arena... we got the tickets from my amazing girlfriend brittany :) we sat front row of the club level, right at mid-ice (like the 50 yd line).... great seats!
before the game even started the blimp thing that flies around came over to us and dropped a bunch of crap on us... i won a free cd from the 96 rock booth, and brian and tyler and seth won some free chickfila coupons and some free icecream coupons. it was great.
lemme tell you about the cd thing.... i went down to the 96 rock tent to claim my prize, and guess what they said.... "we didnt know they were doin this... we dont have any CDs"
CRAP, i was thinkin, "i finally win something, and im not even gonna get it"... boy was i wrong. beacause they didnt have any CDs, they took down my name, phone number, and address, and they are gonna send me a 96 rock prize package... complete with a 50 dollar gift certificate to sam goody, 5 CDs of my choice, and some other little perks..... heck yes.... now i just gotta check the mail for it! wahoo.
so the whole game we were losing.... and with 2 minutes left in the 3rd period, it was 2-0 them... and my phone rang... it was my uncle who was in one of those suites up top, and he invited the 4 of us to come up and get some food. i had no idea he was there, but he saw me i guess.
so we went up there and got some barbeque sandwiches and some coke, and in the last 2 minutes while we were up there, there was this huge fight that involved like 10 players, and then we scored a goal! i was like "man! we shoulda been up here the whole time, now they are playin good." but then the game ended and we lost 2-1. o well, it was still fun.
me and the guys dance a whole bunch tryin to get on the big screen, but we never made it. the camera man was a nazi.
on the way home i sped, we yelled at moms in minivans for driving slow, we played the "penis game" while tyler was on the phone with his significant other, and we jammed to linkin park. all in all it was a good night, i had loads of fun. im goin back next friday to the game with my girlfriend, jenny, and jordan. itll be great.
