Chicken sausage white bean stew

I threw this together so I don't think it counts as a new recipe. Sorry no pics, but it was yummy and healthy.

White bean and chicken sausage summer stew
1-2 tsp of olive oil
2-3 garlic cloves, minced
3 links of TJ sweet italian chicken sausage, diced (NI: 140 kcal, 7 g fat, 0 fiber per link)
1 can of cannellini (white beans) rinsed well in a strainer (to get rid of some of the salt)
1 can diced tomatoes undrained (the ones with garlic and oregano are really good in this)
thyme 1/2 tsp or so
Oregano 1/2 tsp or so
fresh ground pepper
few leaves of fresh basil
lo salt chicken bouillion or soup base (I used penzey's which is low salt) + 1/2-3/4 cup of water or chicken broth---amount is up to how soupy you want it to be.
few handfuls of baby spinach

Heat olive oil in a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and saute for 2 minutes (don't let it brown). Add chicken sausage and saute another 3 minutes or so. Add all the rest of the ingredients (and feel free to play with the spices and herbs to your own taste) and simmer for about 10 minutes til heated through and flavors have melded.

4 servings, 4 points each. Very hearty.
