It's been a few weeks, I have 40 minutes until my next class, why not update?

Last night Ray called me at 5:12 AM, that was pretty interessting. I was asleep and shocked that my phone was ringing. I had just gone to be about two hours before that so I was in a really deep sleep.

Why was I up until 3 AM? OnDemand is destroying my life. By that I mean it freaking rocks and I don't know if I'll ever be able to live without it. It makes me happy at night. Annie and I always watch at least one movie before we go to bed, it's wonderful. The Dane Cook HBO special is on there right now so we watch that quite a bit. Last night we watched House of Wax, which I actually didn'tthink was that bad of a movie. Sure Paris Hilton is a terrible actress, but Elisha Cuthbert brought her mad 24 skills and rocked it out. I've seen some pretty bad horror movies, but I was surprised by this one. It actually wasn't terrible. The plot lends itself to some pretty sweet special effects. I wasn't really ssscared at all, but there was actually a pretty good aattempt at a plot.

After that we watched American History X. I love that movie. Like Crash, it doesn't really make you happy to be alive, but it's still just an awesome movie. Edward Norton is probably my favorite actor ever. Everything he does is good, he hasn't really been in a bad movie.

So classes suck, but I guess that is to be expected. Other than that though, things in Pittsburgh have been going great. I'm having a lot of fun with some really cool people. Chris Hicks called me last night and made me feel sad about not being at Cedar Point. I miss everyone there, but at the same time I know that I can't go back to work there. Anyway, it was really nice to hear from him and know that he and others up at America's RollerCoast are thinking of me, because I think about them often.

Big football game this weekend against Michigan State! I'm excited, football games are a blast. Not as much fun as basketball, but still a damn good time. The game is at noon, so if you guys turn on ESPN2 or maybe ABC when you wake up you might catch a little bit of it. It sucks that the game is so early, because that calls for a serious lack of tailgating, but it'll be all right. There was an article in the Pitt News today about tailgaters being picked up for underage drinking at the last game. That aside, I'm still looking forward to it, it should be a great time. It's fun, because I have a few friends at MSU, and this is the first time the two teams have played each other in over 40 years. Fun stuff.

I should probably head to class to get my regular seat, so I'll see everyone in LiveJournal world later.
