Well I finally up and left the agency I was working at, a hard decision indeed as I truly enjoyed the work and most of the people I worked with. The issue was the guy running the agency clearly did not have a grasp of the business aspect of running things. He was an amazing business development guy who was able to overcome a horrible reputation and struggling economy to bring in some great clients. The bad part about this is once the money came in it did not always make it to the employee’s.
So on Monday, after reviewing the last seven pay periods and realizing that in those seven, five pay period were late and two had bounced.
When I went in on his request to get the final check he owes me, he hostally told me he was going to kick my ass.
So this ends another saga in my life, for now.
