*Song Title - Your icon needs to feature a song title, I don't care what song you use.
*Panorama - This is actually two icons that when side by side equal one 200x100 image. Here is a crappy example I just whipped up:



*Category - From A to Z. This idea is stolen from scifi20in20.
For your five category icons you need to choose five different words (that start with different letters) to inspire each icon. You need to place them in order alphabetically.

Here is a possible example, using really crappy icons I just made:
