i'm working out again, four times a week. also taking loads of walks with the dog, and trying to eat really healthy. i want to lose 5 pounds or so, and i have to say, progress is absurdly slow. i'm getting really annoyed. i feel like i'm working really hard and nothing's happening. i'm going to stick with it until the cruise at the beginning of june and hopefully i'm going to have more success soon. it's so discouraging to work out and eat well and not lose much - makes me want to just go back to eating whatever i feel like!!
