well, i'm back to working out again, three times a week. i quit for a few months with everything going on, but i'm back into it now. gavin has been working out before work 3x a week for over a month now, so that finally motivated me to get back into ea sports. if we can both get into nice shape, we're going to FINALLY run a 5k together. we've talked about doing that for like three years now, but we never both got into shape. so now's the time.

i'm just really thankful i was able to lose those 26 pounds, and i don't want to gain anything back. i'm enjoying wearing size 4 jeans and small t-shirts again and feeling relatively good about myself, so i've got to work to stay where i want to be. i tried those top chef low-calorie frozen meals recently and actually really like them. my favorite, the marinara one, is only 7 WW points, so it's a pretty decent lunch, and it really tastes good. so i've been adding those into my otherwise rather boring lunch rotation during the week.

tomorrow is gavin's birthday! i can't wait to spend the day with him and finn and celebrate. i need to go work out, and then i'm going to bake his birthday cake. cheers all!
