i need a pen pal.
i get a little sad at every single holiday. i used to send my gram a card at each holiday - st patrick's day, easter, valentine's day, 4th of july, really anything. i knew she was up in NH all alone and i loved sending her little cards all throughout the year to let her know i was thinking of her and hoping it brightened her day a little bit.
now, gram is gone and i think about that before each holiday, wanting to buy a card to send. only now i have no one to send cards to. i have all these cute little note cards but no one sends real mail anymore. what a bummer.
