Well Shit.
This is the update of Thursday-Sunday
Thursday-Thanksgiving with the family up in Griffith, my cousin made a remark about being 31 and still sitting at the kids table with me. Some things never change. Needless to say, the meal was amazing as always.
Friday-I decided to wake up at 4:00 to shop with my uncle in Merrillville. Needless to say we thought we were the early birds. NOPE, there was probably 600-750 people waiting in line outside at Best Buy for all the goodies. We finally got in after they opened and i got everything i wanted without any trouble. Pretty Strange. After that, we went to breakfast at the legendary Dave and Lees Restaurant in Grif. it was amazing as usual. So then i make the call. Mike Wiltshire. The man, the myth. I meet him for our day at the mall in which we spend roughly 5-6 hours bumming and talking to people. Then later on we made our trek to Gary for the annual meeting of the X-Box Legends. We headed over to Grant St. to see what was going on and made our stop at the gas station. When we went in, they had all the bootleg CDs set up on the bulletproof cashiers window and the guy next to mean was making purchases.
"Let me get dat Young Jeezy and that Lil Wayne but i dont wanna pay 6.99 per, i want that package"
BTW...........North West Indiana is about 10-15 degrees colder than Crawfordsville due to Lake Michigan. I woke up that morning to a temperature of 10 degrees, 4 with the wind chill.
Saturday we went to the mall again and it was same ol. Then at night, we decided that it was time for a party. We went there and it was just this huge reunion. It was like maybe 150+ people all partying and dancing from Two-3 classes below and above. YES it was the graduating class of 04' 05' 06' and some 07' 08'. It was insane. And of course right when i got there, the Cuz (not the one from thanksgiving) came up to me and she was like "What Up Cuz" because she hasnt seen me in a while, then all of her friends "similar to Laguna Beach kids" came up to me and started talkin my ear off. It was the typical question and the dont give you time to answer before they ask another. So we got back really late after the party ended and today i drove back. it took me about 2 hours. So now its off to work. Im ready for college. but more importantly, i think its time for me to have another party now that im in the mood.
