i am quickly becoming obsessed with dc housing-hunting! facebook marketplace is actually proving to be a pretty good resource in addition to craigs. so general question...when would the best time to visit dc be if i'm looking for housing in january ?? i can't decided whether december is too late. it feels late, though a lot of the listings i'm looking at now only seem to want people who can move in by november or december. any thoughts? in past apartment experiences i've always had really good roommates who did most of the apartment-hunting for me, so any advice on this would be really helpful!
