Excitement!!!

I had a VERY, VERY exciting day today!

Highlights:
-I sat next to someone new on the bus today! I love sitting next to a different stranger every time!
-I also wrote a new away message.
-I helped Constance mail her parents' anniversary card. First, I gave her two stamps. Then, I walked with her to find a mailbox with a wide enough slot for the card to fit through. The envelope said "Extra Postage Required." I love extra postage days!
-I had an exciting sandwich. It was ham and American cheese on a wheat sub roll with spring mix, onion, tomato, and pesto mayonnaise. Normally I do not get onion and tomato, but today I did because I wanted to add a little pesto to my life. However, I did end up taking the onion and tomato off of the second half of my sandwich because it was a little too much excitement.
-I successfully followed X home so now I know where X lives. Not only that, I was able to climb up onto the balcony to make my surveillance easier. X-cellent. I do not think that X suspects.
-My favorite K-mart commercial came on twice today. It is where a cute little blue light bulb (like the blue light special, get it?) talks about the clothing and accessories of the children getting off of the school bus on the first day of school. He talks about them like the bus is a limousine, and the sidewalk to the school is a red carpet. The kids act like movie stars too. I noticed that Birmingham Coat Factory had a similar commercial where the kids act like models on the catwalk while a narrator describes their outfits, but it doesn't have the appeal of that cute little blue light. That K-mart commericial is so funny though, with that silly blue light bulb acting like some sort of television announcer or fashion specialist.
-I went to the bathroom in the Chemistry-Physics (CHEMP) building today. I do not have a class in CHEMP (pronounced "kemp"), but I was feeling adventurous. I also went to the bathroom in Davidson, another chemistry building, but I do have class there. I only urinated. I did have a bowl movement as soon as I got home, though.
-Travel is in my future! It looks like I may be going up to Ferrum University sometime this semester, as well as the University of Virginia, to visit friends. I will definitely be going out to Roanoke later in September. It is possible that I will travel south to Charlotte, North Carolina, as well. I may even drive to Fort Chiswell to go to the outlet stores there. I am really racking up those miles.
-I need to Febreze my Sperrys. They are starting to smell funky. Speaking of smelly feet, today when I went to go for a walk, I put on the socks that I wore to the gym yesterday (I put my socks in my shoes because I do not wear my gym shoes a lot in order to preserve them and so I took off those shoes and put on another pair once I finished working out. Since I was wearing sandals, I did not need to wear socks anymore and just put them in my shoes for easy storage. I do this a lot so I often re-wear my socks because they are already in my shoes.) and P-U were they stinky or what!
-The poison ivy on my wrist, arms, ankle, and thigh has almost healed. The skin is starting to peel. Sometimes I pick at it if I am bored or nervous. It doesn't itch anymore.
-I added a chemistry minor today. I can add a chemistry minor because I took General Chemistry I, General Chemistry II, General Chemistry I Lab, General Chemistry II lab, Organic Chemistry I, Organic Chemistry II, and Organic Chemistry I Lab. This semester I am taking Analytical Chemistry for Life Sciences and Environmental Soil Chemistry. Next semester I am taking Analytical Chemistry for Life Sciences Lab. I can get a chemistry minor because my chemistry GPA is higher than a 2.0. Since I do not need Environmental Soil Chemistry to graduate (or even as a technical elective), it counts toward a chemistry minor.
-Other classes that I am taking are: Freshwater Ecology, Physics of Pollution, Fundamentals of Environmental Science, and Senior Seminar. My classes are neat. I like my classes. I will be sad to graduate, because then I won't have any more classes. Too bad college isn't five years!

There are a lot more exciting things that happened to me today. I am on excitement overload. I lead a pretty pathetic existence, so it really feels good to be able to stop living vicariously through other people for a day.
