Borders?
I hate this. Ok so at borders we have a new GM his name is Jared and he rivals Meryl Streeps character on "The Devil Wears Prada". I had a discussion with him about my schedule. Without asking me he scheduled me for 36 hrs. I've never worked that many hrs while in school. My max is 25 and he's even been scheduling me for more than that for the past month and I haven't said a thing because I know he needs me. Today though he made me feel like a complete failure for not taking the hours like it was a challenge that I refused to take. He made me feel like it was a test to see whether or not Im "borders material" and I hate that. Why is this man making me feel inferior for standing up for myself? I want to be a nurse dammit! School is my priority and I shouldn't have to apologize for that!

He said that the store wasn't important to me and it just hit me so hard because it is. Whenever I do something I want to make sure it looks nice and that I did a good job. Ugh! I hate that he's doing this to me!
