...As for transportation? What did you have in mind? [When Kamui traveled in the desert he didn't think of bringing a vehicle, but it would make things faster.]

By the looks of things someone might be bringing his horse along for the trip. For everyone else though... Maybe a truck would do well if comfort isn't that big of an issue to everyone.

A horse? [Somehow that didn't seem smart to Kamui. If it was a regular horse it was as good as bait for the desert monsters.]

A truck is a good idea, but the tires have to be durable enough to drive over sand. It wouldn't be good if it got stuck in a dune.

I did think about that. You wouldn't happen to have any other suggestions, do you?

[Kamui thinks about it, trying to remember if he's seen any vehicle around that could handle the trek into the desert. In Acid Tokyo, their mode of transportation hovered off the ground and Somarium was definitely not that advanced.]

...Perhaps, a jeep or even some kind of Dune Buggy.

[There's a pause as he takes a drag of his cigarette, lost in own thoughts for a moment. That might be good idea but the only problem would be finding one in such short notice. Perhaps one the the garages?]

That does sound like a good idea. I'm sure whoever happens to have one will accommodate us if we said it was to find the cure for this sickness.

...you can also look in the industrial district. There are a lot of garages and hangers that have all types of cars there. Most of them stolen.

...but it may be closed off because of the recent attack.
