MENTAL INFO. Akabane is insanely smart and has no mental issues. Except for the fact that he fights and kills people in order to have fun. But that's nothing unusual, right?
FOURTH-WALLING. He can't fourthwall anyone. Any characters that read manga/watch anime are free to know who he is, but I would like it if they didn't know everything about him.
PHYSICAL CONTACT. Go ahead, although he most likely won't acknowledge/return it.
ROMANCE/SEXUAL RELATIONS. If enough CR is given, then maybe. However, keep in mind that Akabane is the type of person who uses other people for his own entertainment, so while any sexual relation is possible, him showing romantic feelings for anyone is highly unlikely.
INJURE/KILL. Your character is free to injure him if they're strong enough, although if they injure him to the point of death, he'll most likely just fall into a comatose state for a day or two until he recovers. If you want to plot this sort of thing out, please feel free to contact me.
DEVICE HACKING. You can, although Akabane will probably catch on quickly enough.

Permissions for YOU!
If you know the series/have taken a look at some of the abilities he has, you'll probably be able to figure out that Akabane is strong. REALLY strong. In the manga, he's probably the strongest out of all the characters in the Getbackers universe and the ending to the anime doesn't exist so shut up :|. However, this pretty much makes him a god-mode in every sense of the word, so I'll be cutting back his abilities AND asking for permissions from people so I don't step on any toes accidentally.
- Akabane gets off (not sexually, damnit) on fighting people who are powerful. That's pretty much how he gets his day-to-day entertainment, although killing people a hell of a lot weaker than him also counts as that. So A. is your character strong, and B. would Akabane be allowed to fight with them at some point?
- If you said yes to 1B, can Akabane A. beat them to a bloody pulp, or B. potentially kill them?
- Can he steal your character's ability? I didn't put this into the abilities section because I didn't think a lot of people would go for it, so you're all totally free to say no. One of Akabane's powers in the manga is that if he bleeds on an opponent's attack, this will cause him to take their ability and morph it into a unique attack. For instance, one of the characters cuts him up from the inside by having him inhale massive amounts of diamond particles; this just causes him to regurgitate the diamonds and transform them into scalpels which he can control telopathically. So does your character have an attack that he would be able to bleed on (electrocuting, for example, doesn't count), and would he be able to take that ability for himself?
