Whoa. I move out on saturday.
In a way, it's kinda sad - i've had my ups and downs at that flat - but at the end of the day it's just a place you put your stuff. Nothing else.
Much looking forward to staying with dave and his family - it's going to be funny, i know that much!
I've got a permanant weekend job working for the builders affiliated with my daytime job. Extra cash is a good thing, it's good money and it's not hard at all. Get in.
I'm sticking to my word about saving cash also - I stayed in this weekend (again) and saved around £50/60. Welly on friday night would have been stupidly expensive, and saturday night's usually a £20/30 drain anyway, what with taxis back to hedon. Plus you know, it's nice to have a break from all that drinking/partying/getting wrecked.
For the first time in my life, i'm not on the look-out for a girlfriend. I've tried seeing a few people these past months, but for some reason i've lost the lust. It's good to have this period to reflect on exactly what effects relationships have had on me over the years. Obviously i'd really like to meet someone new, not at a long distance, and someone who I can start a fresh with. But i'm not going out looking for it. Whatever happens, happens! All the time and effort and money i've spent on them and all i've been left with is feeling like it's not worth being here. That's not kosher is it! My friends are everything to me at the moment. You're top lads.
Oh yeah, production on the record has ceased for a few weeks whilst I get everything sorted out. I'm stoked about a few tracks i've been working on, they're pure bangers. Very ravey-chippy! Another great thing about not having a flat and all the council tax and everything to worry about is that soon i'll start building some cash up, which will enable me to get a laptop (notice how I didn't say powerbook? I'm trying hard not to think of their evil manipulative ways), and actually start playing shows. Ooh!
Tommorow night is the covox show in paris. Agh.
