Miles has no idea why he keeps watching it. He has it memorized by now. But he can't stop. It bothers him, he has no answer for it, no explanation.. and yet he cannot walk away from his television, turn off the VCR, and go to bed.
Pause. Rewind. Play.
His phone rings twice, but it is ignored.
Pause. Rewind. Play.
At 1:05 he's brought in.
2:13, he is read his final rites.
And then, at 3:08...
Miles scowls. The remote has buttons pressed in succession again. Pause. Rewind. Play.
At 3:08, it happened. At 4:17, Miles lost consciousness. Some time later, he woke up in the hospital.
Nobody understood his panic attack, or what triggered it. There was no earthquake, and they only happened then, right?
Pause. Rewind. Play.
At 3:56, the silent screams die. Miles was there to know exactly what was being screamed. He'd probably never forget it.

It is a vision that terrifies him. And yet.. the fear does not allow him to think of anything else. Does it hurt? How long until he finds out himself?
