im bored
and mick (amongst others) always seems to always make fun of how many bands im in/have been in
(no matter how unsuccessful theyve been)
to be completely honest, im not sure how many
so im thinkin imma try to figure it out
and try to make it interesting for anyone else along the way
Hangman (aka, broken soul, or whatever . . . first band i joined in 9th grade)
- gerrardo went all phychobilly, last time i checked
- rob is now bassist for 421 syndrome
- ben plays drums for every beautiful day
Contagion
- mikey currently plays in Isolation In Infamy, and is one of the craziest drummers i know
- 2 track demo recorded; at the time, we thought we invented doomgrind
- never really went anywhere, but who knows what could happen in the future
In Misery
- now also have a psychobilly side project called the maurdering ghouls where chris plays drums and sal plays guitar
- still active, and fuckin kill
The Horses Are Beheaded And Now The King's Pissed
- ended up evolving into Freesia, with the aforementioned mikey and erik now playing in Isolation In Infamy
LosSkaChe
- still exist, still play
Fecal Messiah
- goregrind/cybergrind/ joke project with mick that ended up never really getting off the ground
- watch out for an unplanned upcoming reunion world tour with all unreleased material
- never released anything
Whormoans
- shouldnt even count, but i just thought it was funny i even remembered it
The Black Tie Conspiracy
- ok, so, i was never an offical member, but i filled in for their singer once
- still fuckin love these guys, i cant see them play enough
Kewl Kids Club
- bassist currently residing in Japan (no, im serious)
- i love these people, they introduced me to so much of the music i listen to now
Gash Fabulous
- what the fuck happened to this shit?
Delphic Oracle
- man, i sucked (ended up just really not being my type of music)
- pretty sure theyre comin back sometime soon
Manic Sadist
- kicked me out after the first show (at the whiskey, mind you) for 'going too crazy'
- currently without drummer as well
Ninety Years Without Slumber
- still exists, still active
- after i left, contemplated changing the name to 'Ninety Years Without Travis'
- that was a really bad attempt at a joke
Skapa-T
- so far, the only show ive had to play with these guys was shut down by the cops before we could play
- fuck cops
- i really need to learn spanish
The Old Man In The Cave
- so far, acoustic solo project ive been meaning to do for a while now
- possibly the only 'local' band to utilize the ukulele
- surprise, i play ukulele
am i forgetting anything?
peace
