As much as I love Beckett, I have a hard time condoning Will-bashing, but you did it so light heartedly that I can't help but laugh.

Thanks--I hope I wasn't too bashing of Will, but I needed him to set the scene, as much as I love him... this is more Beckett's view of him, seeing as he's the protagonist of this story. Sort of. And the meanness to Will does come back to bite him in the backside...

Very interesting! I don't normally like Will-bashing, but you managed to make it amusing, and it makes sense from Beckett's point of view. :D

However, Beckett did not know about kilograms as his times were those of the imperial units, so he would have known it to be able two-point-two pounds
