Chapter 6: Confession
After several hours later of stuffing themselves until they felt like bursting, Junsu brought out a pot of tea and a tray of small teacups.
“Oh wow, indigestion services too? Dude, what did you do you in your past life to be this lucky?”
“I was probably Joan of Arc and saved the world.” Yoochun joked, his eyes twinkling with humor and pure happiness.
“Yeah, you’d probably have to be that great in order to have someone as awesome as our cute little SuSu here, eh?” Jaejoong said, smiling at Junsu as the young man poured him a cup of tea and blushed.
“Hey, no hitting on him, you already have the Ho-ster.” Yoochun said in a warning tone, although there was a hint of humor in his voice, making Yunho and Jaejoong chuckle.
“Oh please… as if any perfectly gay man or straight woman would NOT hit on such an adorable guy.”
“Well, he’s an innocent guy, okay? So having someone like you hit on him will only dirty his paper clean mind.”
“Ohoho, is that jealousy I smell, Yoochun-ah? Now this was unexpected.” Yunho murmured teasingly against the rim of his teacup, hiding the amused smile on his lips as he sipped the delicious liquid.
“Come on… I’m just… I don't know what you’re talking about…” Yoochun said, his face turning slightly red as he scratched his head with one hand in embarrassment.
“Speaking of having someone’s innocence ruined, isn’t it more dangerous to have him living with a man like you?” Changmin said with one eyebrow raised as he sipped from his teacup and let out a satisfied smile, patting his slightly bulging stomach.
“He has a point you know…”
Leaning forwards with one elbow resting on the table, Jaejoong wiggled his perfectly plucked eyebrows and whispered, “So, how far have the two of you gone? Hmm?”
Yoochun immediately spat out his tea and started coughing uncontrollably, making Changmin look at him in disgust.
“Aigoo… don’t tell me you haven’t done anything yet?” Jaejoong cooed as he patted Yoochun on the back. “That’s SO unlike you, Chun!”
“YA!” Yoochun yelled out, his cup of tea clanging against the table as he placed it down and glared at Jaejoong. “What do you take me for? You know damn well that I’m not that type of guy!”
Sighing, Jaejoong nodded.
“True true… you’re only good at saying greasy things…”
“Actually, Chun was quite the womanizer in high school…” Yunho piped up from the side, giving Yoochun a little ‘what? It’s true.’ shrug when the man shot daggers his way. “But I admit that he has changed his ways after… things came up.”
Sensing the change of mood upon mention of such a sensitive topic, Changmin cleared his throat and got up from his seat, making everyone look up at him.
“I’m, uh, going to go and see if Junsu needs some assistance.” He announced, raising some eyebrows at the sudden statement.
Scoffing, Yoochun rolled his eyes and mumbled, “Yeah, assistance in eating half of the cake.”
The gloomy, serious mood was replaced by a light one as the room was filled with cheerful laughter once more.

“Thanks for having us over.” Yunho said as he straightened up from tying his leather shoes, giving Yoochun a hearty pat on the shoulder and smiling.
“No probs bro.” Yoochun said with an easy smile, returning the brotherly pat and not sure as to whether he should or shouldn’t add ‘anytime’ to the end of his sentence.
Although he had never really liked the prospect of having people over because it created a mess and treaded on the only form of privacy he owned, something that he treasured dearly; surprisingly, today he found himself enjoying the company of his friends and family for once in his life.
Ah heck, I’ll probably regret this later… but to hell with it… Yoochun thought to himself.
“Feel free to drop by anytime.”
This caused Changmin’s eyes to widen as he turned around and practically jumped into his brother’s arms.
“SERIOUSLY?! OH. MY. GOD. I AM TOTALLY GONNA DROP BY HERE EVERY SINGLE DAY!!!” Changmin yelled out in excitement, his face breaking into a wide smile as he took Yoochun by the shoulders and squeezed hard, making the man wince slightly in pain.
“YA! I was talking to Yunho and Jaejoong! Not you! You can’t come over EVER!”
“What? Why not? Don’t you love me? Your favorite little brother in the whole entire world?” Changmin said, pouting and doing his best impression of a cute puppy.
“Ergh. You aren’t tricking me with that disgusting brotherly act. As if you even gave a damn about me before today… all you want to do is come over and clear out my fridge. Listen Min, Su is NOT your personal cook slave, alright?”
“Fine fine... I get it, he’s your cook slave… but can’t you share him? I mean, I swear I won’t be greedy… How about this? I’ll come only on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.” Changmin said with a straight face.
“FORGET IT!!” Yoochun yelled out. “You can’t come EVER! Got that?”
“Aww… it’s okay, Chunnie. I can make Changminnie anything he wants.” Junsu said, suddenly appearing by his side and wiping his hands on the apron he wore with a smile on his face.
“OHMYGODILOVEYOUSU!!!” Changmin yelled out passionately, his eyes glittering with tears as he basically kneeled in front of Junsu, spreading his arms out as if he were worshipping God himself.
Seeing Junsu giggle, Yoochun walked over and pushed his younger brother aside, wrapping a protective arm around Junsu’s shoulder as he glared at Changmin.
“Don’t you dare touch him, you hear me? Now get out before I go crazy and rip you up into a million pieces, pack them up in 200 something boxes and scatter them across the world then send you to Hell where they won’t feed you for 365 days.” Yoochun growled threateningly.
“NOOOOOOOO!!!!! WHY WOULD YOU DO SUCH A THIIINNNGGGG??!!!”
Chuckling, Minho stepped forward and wrapped a comforting arm around his boyfriend.
“You still have me, babe. I’ll make you some food. Although it’s not as fantastic as Junsu-hyung’s, I’ll try my best. And it’s probably better than having your limbs ripped out…”
“Oh baby… I’m so glad I still have you!!” Changmin wept, hugging Minho tightly and making them all laugh.
“Thanks Minho-ah. I’m placing my younger brother in your hands.” Yoochun said, patting Minho affectionately on the shoulder and smiling.
Smiling as well, Minho nodded and said, “Thank you, hyung. I’ll try my best… hopefully I’ll survive.”
“Hey!” Changmin said, putting both hands on his waist. “You guys are talking like I’m a daughter being married off… what makes you guys think I’m the bottom in the relationship? Huh?”
“Babe, it’s alright. There’s no need to be embarrassed.” Minho said, causing them to all snicker.
Turning back towards Yoochun, Minho leaned forward, giving Junsu a sideways glance before whispering into the man’s ear.
“Hyung, I heard from Min about how you met Junsu… although I don’t want to butt into your business, I just wanted to tell you that you should be careful…”
“Huh? Be careful? Of Su?”
“Yes…”
“Why would you say that?”
“Because… well, he looks quite familiar… I’m sure that I’ve seen him somewhere before…”
Yoochun frowned at this, looking from Junsu and then back to Minho.
That’s not possible though… Junsu said he’s not from this planet… how could Minho have seen him before? Perhaps that time when I bumped into him? Or when he was being chased by those Search Aliens? Or perhaps… Su is lying to me? But… he wouldn’t do that… would he?
Before Yoochun could ask Minho some more about what he had meant, Jaejoong leaned forward and gave him a peck on the cheek, followed closely by a warm friendly hug.
“Thanks Chun. I hope you enjoy the rest of your night… with SuSu.” Jaejoong said with a wink and a pat on the butt, making Yoochun blush furiously.
Knowing what Jaejoong must’ve said to him, Yunho smiled and whispered into Yoochun’s ear, “Chun, Su’s a great guy. Me and Boo both approve, so don’t let such a cute guy slip through your fingers and just tell him what you told me the other day at the cafe, yeah?”
“I’ll try…” Yoochun said sheepishly as he looked down at the floor and scratched his head.
Mocha brown eyes curving into crescent moons, Yunho smiled and said, “I’m sure you’ll do just fine.”

“Whew!” Yoochun breathed out, flopping tiredly on the couch after helping Junsu with clearing the table and washing the dishes.
Junsu pattered into the living room as well, standing awkwardly beside the couch and looking down at the floor.
Looking up in surprise, Yoochun furrowed his eyebrows.
“SuSu? Are you alright? Why aren’t you sitting down?” He asked, patting the empty space beside him on the
couch.
“Oh! Um… can I?” Junsu said quietly, wringing the apron nervously.
“Of course you can, silly! Sit, sit!” Yoochun said, patting the couch with more enthusiasm and smiling when Junsu proceeded to sit down next to him. “Now tell me, what’s wrong?”
Junsu looked up with a startled expression on his face, blinking slightly at Yoochun’s words and looking like an adorable fish gulping for water.
“I… you…”
Chuckling, Yoochun ruffled Junsu’s hair.
“It’s okay, you don't have to tell me if you don’t want to. But why don’t you take off this apron? Since you don’t need it anymore and you don’t want to get those clothes underneath it dirty with dishwashing soap, now do you?”
Shaking his head vigorously, Junsu tried to undo the knot on the apron but his fumbling fingers didn’t seem to be working after the long hours he had spent cooking in the kitchen.
Seeing Junsu’s troubled expression, Yoochun leaned forward and laid a hand warmly on the man’s.
“Here, lemme help you.”
Ducking his head, Junsu said, “Ah, thank you Chunnie.”
Smiling, Yoochun said, ”Well, it’s the least I could do for someone who slaved away in the kitchen for my friends today.”
“Oh! It… it was nothing… really…” Junsu said shyly, his head disappearing further behind his raven locks of hair.
“Nonsense! You were totally fab today.” Yoochun said greasily, his eyes holding an indescribably amount of affection and admiration as Junsu giggled at his words.
As Yoochun’s fingers slowly undid the knot, he could smell the shampoo, his shampoo, coming from Junsu.
The scent gave him a rather possessive feeling, something that had him thinking deeply.
This wonderful man before him, someone that was so cute, so innocent and full of charm that even his brother and friends approved of… he was just right before his eyes, his for the taking… and all he needed to do was confess…
Taking a deep breath, Yoochun told himself that he could do this and he wasn’t some lame teenage boy with sweaty hands who was asking his crush out for a date for the very first time.
Although he sure did feel like one right now; with his heart thumping loudly against his chest.
Oh, to hell with it…
“J-Junsu…”
“Chunnie-ah.” Junsu cut him off, finally looking up with troubled eyes.
“What is it, SuSu?” Yoochun asked, slightly caught off guard by the worry on Junsu’s face.
Biting down on his lower lip, Junsu cast his eyes downwards again.
“That man just now… the one with sun colored hair…”
Furrowing his eyebrows, Yoochun said, “You mean… Jae?”
Junsu nodded, his eyes still looking downwards at nothing in particular.
“What about him?”
Wringing his fingers, Junsu finally looked up again, his tongue coming out to lick those super sexy lips that
made Yoochun shiver with lust and had him digging his fingers into the couch to refrain from jumping the irresistible man before him.
“Do you… kiss him all the time?”
“Huh?” Yoochun said, slightly taken aback by the odd question.
“Well… I know that Chunnie told me before that it’s normal for Earthlings to kiss… but the other day, when I was cleaning your room, I found some books with women and men wearing no clothes and kissing passionately on the front cover… so I read it because I wanted to find out more about this kissing phenomenon… after reading it, I found out that kissing is normally done as a form of love… So… does that mean you love Jaejoongie?”
Oh shit… I should’ve hid my sappy romance novels along with my stash of porn… Yoochun thought to himself, realizing belatedly the little mistake he had made.
“Look Su, I’m sorry for lying to you… I just didn’t know how to explain to you what happened at that moment in time… I was afraid that you wouldn’t understand, that’s why I said it was normal… I do love Jaejoong, but only as a friend… Not the same way that Yunho loves him.”
And definitely not the way I love you… He thought to himself, but kept that thought to himself.
“Sometimes kisses are friendly, just like hugs, and since Jaejoong is an extremely warm person after you get to know him a bit more, he likes to show his affection towards his friends in such a way. So as an answer to your question, we aren’t lovers, definitely not like the ones you read in the book, because lovers normally kiss one another on the lips.”
“Oh… I see…” Junsu said, nodding his head as he slowly absorbed what Yoochun had just said to him, those knitted brows of his slowly unknotting themselves.
Nudging him in the side playfully, Yoochun said teasingly, “What? Were you jealous after seeing Jaejoong kiss me?”
He was surprised when a hint of pink crept onto Junsu’s adorable cheeks, causing his mouth to open slightly in disbelief and his heart jump in his chest as a glimmer of hope sparked within him.
Taking Junsu by the shoulders, Yoochun shooked them slightly and said, “Su… Were you… seriously jealous?”
“I…I don’t know… I mean… my chest felt heavy… as if it had fallen to the bottom of my stomach when I saw that woman at the phone place talking to you… and then the same thing happened when Jaejoongie kissed you just now… except it was more painful… I… does this happen when you’re jealous?” Junsu asked innocently, his face looking more confused than ever and making Yoochun go “awww” on the inside.
“Oh Su…” Yoochun whispered out before he wrapped the man tightly in his arms, not caring about how Junsu would think or feel but just giving in to his desires.
Closing his eyes, he laid a soft kiss onto Junsu’s forehead and hugged him some more.
“Ch-Chunnie?” Junsu’s small, muffled voice came uncertainly from under him.
Shaking slightly from the overpowering emotions within him, Yoochun inhaled deeply, breathing in the existence of the one who he had come to cherish and love over the past few days.
Someone that had surprisingly become a huge part of his life.
“Su… I… I love you…” He finally managed to whisper out into the quiet night, holding his breath as he waited for Junsu’s response.
Butterflies fluttered in his stomach when Junsu remained quiet, the only sign that the man was still in his arms coming from the slight sound of his breathing.
Just when Yoochun wondered if Junsu had heard him, a pair of small hands were placed onto his chest, pushing them slightly away from one another.
“S-Su?” Yoochun croaked, trying to hide his nerves but unable to stop his voice from betraying him.
He felt like his whole world was going to crumble, as if he would die any second now if Junsu rejected his confession, which he feared more than anything and was a big probability given their situation at the moment.
But his worries were replaced by a different kind of worry.
“Chunnie… I… my body feels really weird…” Junsu said, shivering slightly as he wrapped his arms around his own body.
“Wh-what’s wrong? Did I hurt you just now? Where? Or… are you ill?” Yoochun asked in an alarmed voice, frantically looking at Junsu and trying to find the source of Junsu’s shivering.
“I… I don’t know… after you said that to me… I feel… hot all over… my heart started beating really fast… and… and I… I th-think I want to...”
Junsu squeezed his eyes shut, shaking a little bit more.
“Want-Want to… what?” Yoochun asked breathlessly.
“I… I… I want to… k-kiss you… Ch-Chunnie…” Junsu managed to stutter out.
Shoulders relaxing, Yoochun let out a small sigh as he realized what was going on.
“Oh Su… you don’t have to hold it back… because I’ve been wanting to do the same thing for such a long time now…”
Junsu stopped shaking and looked up in surprise.
“You… you do?”
Chuckling, Yoochun palmed Junsu’s cheek with one hand, caressing it gently as he smiled down at the man lovingly.
“Yes…”
Without another word, Yoochun leaned down, capturing Junsu’s lips with his own and drowning within a puddle of happiness when Junsu wrapped his hands around his neck to draw their bodies even closer.
