Cell phone?!

OMG! Guess what? Yesterday, the issue of a cell phone came up again. At first, I thought I was going to be able to get one that day cuz mom was like "I'll think about it." Which usually means yes. But she changed it to 2 weeks from now cuz I got a 88 in PreAP English. Ugh.....Oh well, at least I'm still getting one! I can't wait! I don't know what
