Suck it up and move on! Don't dwell on the unimportant things in life and live each day to its fullest. Tell people how you feel at the exact moment you feel it because you may never get the opportunity again.
This is a very poignant statement Jenni made awhile back that is very true to how I'm feeling after news I received last night, especially the end bit. (Congrats Paul!)
