Let the painting continue
Today my daddy and I continued to work on the kitchen. The walls are now totally done...all thats left to paint is the cabinets. I even got to help out painting which is amazing because as anyone who has ever seen my room can tell you, I really suck at painting. My dad and I spent a lot of time together today which was nice. We're both usually so busy (him working 12 hours a day 6 days a week and me going to school and working 2 jobs)that we rarely get to spend time together. I'm glad he took these vacation weeks. He's really a very cool man and an awesome dad and I feel very, very lucky to have him.
My Tina-Bina and Yoda came back from Wildwood today...Yay!!!! I missed them so much while they were gone. I'm used to seeing them like 5 times a week and not seeing them for a whole week really sucked. They came over to pick up their apartment key which I had since I had been taking care of their fishies and getting their mail while they were gone. We gave each other lots of hugs and they told me about their trip. They even brought me a shot glass from Wildwood. Woo-hoo...my first shot glass. I have a feeling I'll be getting some use out of it once I go back to school.
Nothing else really exciting happened today. I'm spending a quiet night in, totally relaxing which is nice. Tomorrow I'm going to do more work in the kitchen with my daddy and then I'm going to Melissa's at night. Just in case I don't have a chance to come back on here and update in the next few days...I hope everyone has a kick ass weekend!!!! :-)
