Well, I'm not quite all moved out but I am lving at home with my mom again. It shouldn't be too bad. Like all changes in life, along with the good, comes the bad.
Today, I moved back into my mother's house with Atticus and Sylvia (my cats). In addition to us, there are two dogs, two kids (2 and 4), and two adults (my mom and older sister). I arrived after a loooong day of packing and moving furniture to a storage unit. When I got to my mom's house, I did the dishes, because I was hugry and the sink was full. So, I loaded the dishwasher, started a load of my laundry, and right as I was getting around to making mac and cheese, my mom walks in the door with my two nephews.
She looked exhausted and irritable so I bathed the boys and put them in their jammies. I felt rather gross myself, so I decided I wanted to tae a shower.
God, I miss my apartment. For the first half of my shower, Austin (two year old) screamed at the bathroom door to be let in, and then there was no hot water. I forgot what living with people was like. You have to plan out your showers, according to other people's schedules and when there is hot water and when there isn't.... ugh. But, when I went out on the porch to smoke a butt and just when I didn't think it cculd get any worse, my mommy made it all better. ^^
She came out and asked if I was hungry and it was too bad if I wasn't, because she had already started boiling water. I smiled and thanked her.
It won't be so bad, I am just definately meant to be a hermit. Just me an' my cats.
