Damn
Why are cars so fucking expensive? Not even just the whole buying them, and the insurance, but getting them serviced and fixed is outrageous! CUH-FUCKING-RAZY!!! My air conditioning has been broken for about a year now though so I figured it was about time to get it fixed, and the coolant light was on and other random shit. DAMN. Oh well, my parents said that they would pay for it for my 21st bday present. Which is sooooo awesome of them, because it's completely unnecessary, but its not like I had anything that I wanted so this is great. James is coming in on Thursday, my birthday's on Saturday, party Saturday night, it will be a fun time before school starts, though not as relaxing as I would have liked.
Damn, I was studying for the GRE today and I realized how shitty my math and verbal skills have gotten since high school. My multiplication tables even took a minute to come back to me, and dont even get me started on geometry!! As for the verbal, I definitely need to work on my vocab. I should be able to get a pretty decent score though, which would be nice.
I got my job at Talbot's back, which is nice. The downside is I may have to quit come Christmas time if they don't give me a week off, because uh.... Renee and Eric will be here and I'm not missing quality sibling time with my sister who will be in from CHINA to work for fucking 8.50/hour. I think they will be understanding, but if not, well whatever, hopefully I can work it out. Sigh, work is a pain in the ass! I really like my job but the whole working weekends and holidays is annoying. I can only hope that they are as wonderful about scheduling during football season this year as they were last year and that they work with me a little when it comes time for me to go spend time w/ my family.
I am excited about this school year though!!!!!!! I can't believe its my last year of undergrad, at least I'm 75% sure that it is. I suppose this means that at least a few of you will be "growing up" and getting "real" jobs and shit. Creepy.
