So by the time I leave NC I will have been there for 5 weeks and so far I lost 6 pounds but that was like a week and a half ago that i checked. I know its healthier to loose only like 1-3 pounds a week but I was hoping for such a great change by the time I got home, but that doesn't seem like its going to happen. For the next two weeks me and Marcie decided to ramp up the working out. In stead of taking one or two work out classes and then half hour on the elliptical. We are taking up to 4 classes a day and half hour on the eplitical, but depending on the day. Like monday is 3 classes, tuesday is 2 classes, wednesday is 4, thursday is three and so is friday. Hopefully i can take off a few more pounds before i go home. I'm still working on changing my diet but i can't help that i love carbs and ice cream...and i have a sweet tooth. So i have been curing the sweet tooth with fruit and me and Marcie eat ice cream as a treat once in a while that is low in sugar or light. I've eating plain oatmeal with some blueberries or strawberries for breafast, salad with chicken for lunch and then chicken with 2 vegetables for dinner, and sometimes pasta can't cut me off from that completely. I just really want to be happy and healthy and to look better in my white cheerleading uniform next to the skinny hoes on my team...and i really needed to get all that out.
