Silence
I just realized that I haven't posted in here in ages (I've been reading though, just not posting my own updates). A lot has happened since my last update in July:
1. I started Grad School at UMUC. My first semester is over and I got an A and a B.
2. Wedding planning is going very well. The invitations are out and the count down keeps going! Pastor asked us to read this book called His Needs Her Needs, Beau finished it and I'm almost half through. Sometime in the new year we have to meet with him again and do the "counseling" (he said he doesn't like that term).
3. My supervisor at work decided to retire. They hired someone to take over her Membership duties, but I got all the IT. January is our annual increase/reviews, so I'm waiting to see if I'm going to get a new title and/or more money.
4. The company my mom worked for closed and she hasn't been able to find a job. With no computer experience and her old industry pretty much dead it's been hard.
5. Beau and I found a place, but it's not ready yet. The previous tenant messed it up when he was evicted and now the landlord is waiting for the county to come out and give it the ok.
6. Beau's work friends are great! For the first time I feel like Beau has some really great friends who truly like him for him and don't just want to use him as a doormat.
