Caviar Darling!

Top Row: Pink Lady Apple, Jaffa cakes (Orange, Lemon & Lime and Blackcurrant), Strawberry Bio Yoghurt
Bottom Row: Onigiri (2 filled with lumpfish Caviar and one filled with smoked salmon - not shown), cherry tomatoes

Before I went food shopping last night. I was thinking about what kind of fillings I could put into my onigiril for my bento. I am afraid that I might overdose on canned tuna. During my trip around the supermarket I came across Lumpfish Caviar (some say poor man's caviar) so I got some to fill into my onigiri (I made 3 of them, 2 filled with caviar and one was smoked salmon just in case the caviar didnt taste good).

I have decided that from now on I will bring in all the food that I will eat in the day with me to work.  I always get an upset stomach after eating at the work canteen (even the desserts are upsetting me) and I want to stop eating junk food like crisps (chips) and chips (fries).  So my bentos look rather huge for just lunch.
I am trying to lose weight but I am wondering if I am eating too much? Please post what you eat in a typical day
This is what I eat on a normal day:
*  On a work day I have breakfast at 6am (usually 2 poached/boiled egg with ham or fruit salad with yoghurt or a bowl of special K - I have allergies to baker's yeast and diary products so I sometimes   eat toast in the morning as well ), I get into work for 7am.
*  I usually have a snack of something (mainly fruit/cereal bar/crackers/miso soup) around 9.30/10.00am.
*  I have my bento lunch around 12.30 (that stuff in my bento box itself and some fruit)
*  Around 3.30/4pm I have another snack something high in carbs or protein (such as banana, cheese or cereal bar)
*  I then go to the gym (I do 3 2hr sessions on the weekdays and only 1 hr on the weekend)
*  I dont get back from the gym until late so I have dinner around 8pm/9pm usually something small and quick (cook in under 45 mins) usually stir fry with rice/noodles, grilled meat/fish with salad etc

onigiri, apple, yoghurt, tomato, caviar, bento
