(no subject)
I just bought the funnest present of my life. Ok, so I never usually get to buy baby gifts, just because they don't come as often. Anyways, Brent & Leslie's baby shower for my new nephew is on Sunday. This means, David & I spent some time at Babies R Us today & I had the best time. She registered for all sorts of stuff, so we got the baby a pack of bottles, a set of taxi bibs (very cute), those link things that all the babies have, & this thing called "Fasination Station" which basically sits on their high chair & spins around & stuff (it's way cool). I was totally excited & I picked out a cute card & a blue bag. And they had bedding stuff & if it were me, I would want this bedding that is bumble bees. It has a picture that says "Bee Happy" and bumble bees on the comforter & even a bee hive! WAY cute! I didn't get to see what Leslie picked out for the baby's room, she must have already gotten that.
Anyways, David & I are getting to spend the day together because I'm on my last day of fall break (yesterday, I worked 8-6:15). We walked/hiked up Kennesaw Mountain this morning, came back & chilled, took showers, went to TGI Friday's for lunch, & then went to Target & Babies R Us.
Tonight, I'm not sure what we're doing, but we'll probably just hang out at home & watch a movie & eat some dinner. I'm looking forward to it :-)
