I'm really feeling this mornings workout. It's a very satisfying sensation, having that "relaxed because I worked hard" feeling.

Addie was sick yesterday. She was fine when we dropped her off at daycare but by the time I got to work she had a fever and I had to turn around and head out again. She was sick enough that she was feeling yicky, but not sick enough to sleep. I had to watch Barbie: A Mermaid's Tale three times. Urgh.

Ron's Mum is coming to visit, she'll be here in 3 or 4 days. I really hope I can get her to not get all concerned about my weight. Every time she talks to me the first thing she says is "I hope you're not trying to lose more weight!" I'm not trying to lose weight. I'm trying to drop body fat and gain muscle. There's actually a difference. I don't want to be skinny, I want to be strong. I want enough body fat that I'm still curvy and girly, but I want my muscle to be evident. I'm at about 19% body fat right now.

I'm so glad it's almost the weekend. And after the weekend, I'll have my new workout and meal plan from Bombshell! It's taken a while, cause they have aver 10 athletes at the North Americans so they've been zooming around helping those girls. But soon it'll be my turn to get on stage.
