Battle of The Bands
Last night was another Battle of The bands for Gav's band. It was the quater final I think, but they didn't go through, Gav was a bit gutted but Polo the lead singer was not happy at all he went to the judges to ask the reason for there choice. To be fair one of the bands that went through were really good but the other wasn't that good. But as I said it was the judges decision and nothing can be done.
Ihaven't been up to much, work is getting worse, now they have said if we can't save a customer from disconnecting, we have to put up our hand and what they call a 'supersaver' comes over and trys to save the customer!?! How crazy is that!! Then the poor customer gets x3 calls from our outbound staff asking them to stay and then they get a letter from us offering them more things to stay and then if they say no to that, tey are home free! I mean how crazy is that!!!! It is getting busier and busier here, there was 35 calls to take last night before we could leave! Crazy!!!
