Wow, it's only 4:05 and it seems like it's already been a full day. Well anyways today is suppose to be the big Convention for my dad. It's where Nibo's (african tribe) go and talk politics. People from all over the country (who are Nibo) come. It's always in a different place. Last year it was up northeast somewhere.. Well after the Convention about 80 people will be coming to our house for a get together.

Well besides that lately all I've been thinking about is 'The Sims 2'! I'm a very big fan of the sims (PC game). Only 13 days until it's in stores. I should be one of the first 100 in the country to put my hands on it. I've already planned that I'm going to stake out in front of Best Buy, like.. hm.. 10 minutes before the store opens. lol. I wish I could get an estimate of how many people are going to buy the game the first day because I would probably pull out my hair if I get to the store and it's already sold out. B/c if that happens it would probably take months for it to be in stock again.. I hope I'm wrong.

School is getting harder and boring. I had no clue 8th grade would be so much; especially at the beginning of the year. I'm barely keeping up. I'm even thinking I'm failing Art Class! I've gotten two F's on my Alebra 1 tests.. I'm so happy I'm not on a waiver. B/c if you are you have to keep an 80% average the first nine weeks to stay in the class. Jennifer is on a waiver.. I don't know what I would do if she failed the class.. b/c I know that she is already failing. Her last and first three tests she failed! Like I think there all F's. Which reminds me; I need to finish my rough draft for a short story in Language Arts and I need to finish my accelerated math.. and I need to start studying for my Spanish test which will be on Thursday. So much! It's crazy! 7th grade was a piece of cake compared to this. I'm just hoping that since it's the beginning of the year, it's like this..

I signed up for the yearbook staff for this year. I hope I get picked. I was on it last year. I was on the marketing/sales/distribution team. I think that was like the best team. I didn't have to do anything really except make two posters to put on the wall. :) I didn't show up to most of the meetings and I got the best part; At the end of the year I got to pass out the yearbooks! I mean it's not like that's how I wanted it to turn out. But really they didn't even need the team for the yearbook staff. The only, and I mean only thing the M/S/D team was needed for was to make posters for the school. Ok.. the other 30 people on the team could do that. And when the distribution day came they still really didn't need the team b/c by that time everyone else had nothing to do so they could have passed out the yearbooks.. So this year I want to be head of the team. B/c the person last year who was head was as important as the editor and assistant editor. Plus she got to do so much. And I think that's cool. Plus she didn't have so much put on her as the editors had. I think being an editor is like.. woah! lol. I mean they have to do so much, it's crazy!

So yeah.. I guess I'll go check my email now.. hmm.. only two emails.. whoopee.. Man I'm hungry.. gosh; I could do for some macaroni & cheese, right about now..
