the drifting might be working in my favor as it relates to the deck but that saving may have just pushed itself to the stairs. I cannot totally tell. I'm waiting til things chill out around noon to even attempt to start to deal with it. I do need to go the parent house tomorrow, both to check to see if the plow guy came (we're risking the stonework and having it plowed, dad was actually thinking ahead that it wasn't fair for me to have to do it) and to unearth the old navy package that came sooner than normal and arrived ahead of the storm yesterday. I didn't think when i placed it on Monday that it would make it here in time. Nor did I realize I didn't switch the shipping addy until after I clicked submit.

NECN's Matt Noyes just talked about the angry ocean and the storm surge tide. that is another reason that I wouldn't even think of venturing to parent house til later/tomorrow. ocean roads closing...
ok if there's no mbta and we can't drive... are the bruins playing to an empty house tonight? hopefully they just open the doors and let anyone who can walk there go to the game.
