I am crap at the interwebz at the moment. I have sworn off facebook, have been seldom on twitter, and as for LJ.... Practically non-existent. I can only put this down to the blahness that is me, my life and RL in general currently. See Blair in my icon? That's the face I constantly have on.
I have been hitting the gym at least 3 times a week - I rowed 5k today. I've never done that before - with a view to increase both the time spent there and the number of days per week I go. I used to go 6 days a week for an hour at a time, I'm still only on 30-45mins, but I'm enjoying it and the main thing is I'm seeing results, I've lost another half inch off my hips. No significant weight loss (I've lost 1lb), but I'm sure that'll come in time! Which reminds me, I must update
osb2010 I have still got my sprained knee. This is hindering my quest for fitness/weight loss as it means I can't do any weight-bearing exercise, therefore no running, which I was starting to enjoy. I must also make space to do my Yogalates more regularly, as that makes one feel nad look instantly slimmer!
Anyway, enough about exercise, I trust you're all well, or not bad at least.
Ooooh, epic win news.... I sold my Stargate Atlantis seasons 1-4 DVDs on eBay (I've bought the complete season 1-5 boxset) for a combined total of £55! WIN!!
And now for some sad news.... Bravo (the TV channel) are not showing The Unit (for reasons unknown) and are instead showing The A-Team. NO SCOTT FOLEY!!! *cries*
I'm off to read my Agatha Christie's Miss Marple 'The Body in the Library' now.... *waves*
