This really makes me go, "Hurm, I wonder who thought of this." I will give you a hint: it is a fairly common sight on UT campus, and if you say it out loud, it is kinda funny. What is it?

I want to commend whoever created this phenomenon for reducing the work load and gross factor of changing out trash bags. The UT cleaning staff has a lot of stuff to do. But at the same time, it represents the peak of a throw-away society. Generally, it just confuses me...
